From the bride, on the wedding style:

"I had a general idea of what I wanted but I was still all over the place with the details. I needed a lot of help from Shobha aunty at Elegant Affairs and she did a wonderful job sorting all the ideas in my head and coming up with one cohesive look. She did a fabulous job! She was extremely patient and was able to help us narrow down to what we really loved. We were completely floored by the wonderful job Elegant Affairs did!"

On family and friends helping:

"I think everyone (parents, cousins, bridal party) helped to pull this wedding together. If I could give any working or busy bride advice I would say either hire a planner or rely on your resources around you. I delegated work to family and friends who I knew would (1) enjoy doing the task and (2) could do it 10 times better than I ever could. I knew when to pick my battles and when a task would be better in another hand. I also relied heavily on the judgement of our vendors and coordinators. It was difficult for me to do at times but one of the only things that kept me sane. I think it was the best decision made while planning the wedding."

On a special moment:

"We both agree that the most magical moment was when we first saw each other the morning of the wedding. He was nervous and I didn't know what to do with myself. It was a day we had anticipated for years but it all seemed so surreal as we got ready that morning."

Have a wonderful rest of your day, ladies!
