Hello, Maharanis! I’m still in awe for the amazing pre-wedding event Ishrat and Syadur offered to celebrate their Gaye Holud night! I’m sure the main events are forever imprinted in the memory of the guests, and Royal Charms surely made this possible thanks to the glorious décor they created. The newlyweds seated together for the first time as husband and wife in a beautiful white wedding stage where they could hear the many blessings and happy wedding wishes from all their close ones! The pivotal role of a wedding caterer was delivered to the culinary experts of Benares Restaurant & Catering who made sure the menu looked and tasted as good as the entire event. The food is indeed a central theme in a wedding, and so it’s the music and for this crucial task, Ishrat and Syadur recruited the amazing Bollywood DJs to play their wedding song for their first dance and to entertain with his best beats during the most important event of their lives! Lots of laughter, a few emotional and funny moments surrounded the ambiance, and they were all beautifully captured in images thanks to the eye of Ajit Singh Photography who kindly shared all these candid photos with us and now we share them with you in our full gallery!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Sy always had a lot of responsibilities on his shoulder being the eldest and growing up without a dad he was a dad to his younger brother and sister and I saw how deeply he cared for them and his mom. I fell in love with his selflessness and I knew I wanted to be the person for him that he can always count on and lean on, someone that can finally take care of him, someone that can always make him happy.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
He proposed over dinner in front of both of our closest friends.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I always had a vision and it was all executed very well by my planner and decorator Hasina Ahmed from Royal Charms.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I knew I wanted to do the traditional red, at first I was focusing on all red. Then I saw Anushka in this dress and I knew I this was the one!

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The most enjoyable part was that Sy and I did this together. We had so much love and support from our friends and families that we felt we were being celebrated the whole time.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Many people raved about our selection of food. Luckily our venue included many different appetizer station which provided a variety of food options for our guests.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
My favorite moment would our first look. It was the moment I was waiting for, to see my husband dressed up as his bride.
