Maharani Puja, on what she loved most about planning her Desi dream wedding:

"I loved all of it. I am a perfectionist and I planned everything to the T. I even created the timeline my day of coordinators used in 5-10 minute increments to ensure everything I wanted/needed was done. Because I knew I planned it, it was the most stress-free event in my life and I got to enjoy every minute of the events. If you ask Chetan, it was probably the cake tasting."

On her ceremony style:

"Thuy Dekor did my decor and floral arrangements/bouquet. She carried out my vision exactly how I wanted her too. My biggest thing was I had to use real flowers for everything and she helped me stay in my budget while using real flowers. She also created a floral Ganesh ji for our ceremony, replicating the Ganesh ji on my wedding cards.

We had a live sitar player, Joanna Mack, who played during the ceremony. I always felt like sitar during a ceremony is so elegant and she did an amazing job."

On her most memorable wedding day moment:

"There is one picture after the ceremony is over, before the pandit is going to announce us as husband and wife. Chetan is smiling his usual smile and I have the biggest smile on my face and I'm looking directly at the camera. Thinking about it makes me tear up, but it was at that moment that I was the happiest. I had just married the most amazing man."
