Welcome back Maharanis! We’re back with Sindhura and Abhay’s breathtaking South Asian wedding at the Malibu Hindu Temple, photographed by the artists at Indian Wedding Snap. Today, we’ll cover the couple’s ceremony and all the profound rituals that took place. Maharani Sindhura once again was a vision in ethereal hair and makeup by Karishma Beauty Salon. She was dressed in a mesmerizing scarlet sari and a flower adored, braided updo. Brides to be, this is definitely a hairstyle you’ll want to save in your inspiration folder! During the ceremony, the couple were lifted onto the shoulders of their loved ones to exchange garlands with each other three times, representing their complete union. Later on, the bride and groom were seated on a swing, where they rocked back and forth as family and friends sang songs to praise the couple’s love. We learned that the motion of the swing represents the up and downs of life. Lastly, grains of rice coated with turmeric and saffron were showered joyously on the couple by guests. So much liveliness in every shot! We wish Sindhura and Abhay so much happiness as they start their journey together as husband and wife. Take a look at all the gorgeous photos by Indian Wedding Snap in the complete gallery.
