Welcome back, Maharanis! We hope you're as excited about this Indian fusion wedding as we are! Remember to head to the main blog to see the rest of the festivities planned by Aura Events and Entertainment! Meanwhile, we're here with a lovely post-wedding tradition celebrating our Maharani Vanessa's Chinese heritage: the tea ceremony. For this event, our newlyweds knelt in front of their parents-in-law and served them tea as a symbol of gratitude, afterwards pouring tea for all their elders. Of course, our bride sported a vibrant red Chinese qi pao for the occassion! The dress's long ruffled train, the bride's vintage floral headpiece and her classic makeup by Sonia C all gave her the glamour of old Hollywood. The Hempstead House was the perfect venue to add to the bride's vintage feel, and we love how Salwa Photography used it in their stunning portraits of the charming couple! They look ultra sophisticated! To catch every exquisite detail, make sure to watch SWAT Filmsvideo of the wedding and visit the full gallery!
