Maharani Kinjal, on meeting the Raja of her dreams, Rohit:
"We met through my cousin. I knew he was the "the one" the first night we met we were inseparable and he made me laugh nonstop."
On Rohit's romantic proposal:
"When we first started dating we were walking through Central Park and Rohit pointed out a spot that would be perfect for a proposal...3 yrs later it happened at that exact spot!.
How it happened... picnic in Central park followed by a walk where they stumbled upon a sign that said "Bird Watching". I picked up the binoculars and across in the lake sitting in Gondolas were our family and friends with signs that read,"Will you marry me!"
I turned around to find Rohit on one knee."
On her wedding style:
"We had a beautiful venue (Moroccan theme with the mountains surrounding it). Our style was to use the beauty of nature and the venue as the central theme."
On what she enjoyed most about planning her wedding:
"The aspect of spending time with our family to figure out the details. It was a great bonding experience for the whole family."
On shopping for her dream wedding lengha (with her dad!):
"My dad loves the designer Shyamal and Bhumika. We walked into the store in Gujarat and my dad fell in love with an outfit on a mannequin. I tried it on and it was "the one".
On her most memorable wedding moment:
"My parents walking me down the aisle and seeing our family and friends surrounding us. So much love and happiness.."
On her hair and makeup:
"I worked with my stylist. I met with her and let her know what I was thinking and then let her use her creativity. It was perfect I didn't even look in the mirror until hair and make up was done."
