Hello Maharanis! We've got a heartwarming Indian fusion wedding for you today! The University Christian Church was the backdrop for the first look and ceremony, and when we saw the portraits of our Maharani Mira and her Raja Thomas meeting, we couldn't help but feel emotional! The bride's elegant updo was by Blast Blow Dry, while Beauty by Becky D gave the bride fluttering eyelashes and red lipstick. Meanwhile, Matt Montalvo Photography was responsible for capturing every magical moment on camera, and after looking at the lovely portraits of the newlyweds, we think he did a fantastic job! Head over to the full gallery to see every spectacular detail!

From our Maharani Mira on meeting her Raja:

"Thomas and I met in college at the University of Texas at Austin. We both actually went to the same high school in Fort Worth, TX but we did not know each other at the time."

On their romantic proposal:

"We ate at a fancy Italian restaurant in south Congress. Later we went to Mozarts where he proposed on the lake. We carved our names in the wooden fence. Little did we know that later on we would be living right across the street from the Italian restaurant he proposed at once we got married!"

On her hair and makeup:

"MY HAIR AND MAKEUP ARTISTS WERE AMAZING! I knew I always wanted to wear my hair up for my wedding; it took a while for me to find someone who could deal with thick Indian hair. My stylist was perfect. I also LOVED my makeup artist, she was affordable and she made me feel so beautiful on my special day."

On the three magical moments she'll remember the most:

"When I first saw myself with bridal makeup on, I almost cried! I loved doing the 'first look' with Thomas because it was a sweet moment to share. Finding my white dress was a special moment because I absolutely loved it and knew it was the one!"

We'll be back with an exciting reception featuring Nachle DJ Entertainment, so don't miss it!
