On the third day of The Engage!23 at The Boca Raton, the attendees were greeted by the sun-kissed Grand Lawn, where a morning of wellness and indulgence awaited. They crafted their juices at a customs station, a delightful start complemented by warm croissants and sweet bread, embracing the joy of being outdoors. This refreshing start set the tone for a day brimming with insights and learning. The highlight was the appearance of best-selling author Will Guidara, who took the Engage!23 stage to share his inspiring journey with Eleven Madison Park, a narrative of transformation and culinary excellence.

As attendees sipped on coffee, the first round of breakout sessions commenced, featuring speakers like Persephone of The Media Socialites, who discussed crafting the ultimate 2024 marketing strategy and Ideaction Consulting, focusing on justifying higher prices in the industry. Sessions ranged from 'Scaling Luxury with Confidence' by Abby Jiu Photography to 'Playing Big by Staying Small' by Jacin Fitzgerald, offering diverse and valuable perspectives. Topics like hotel and resort marketing, contract nuances, and integrating philanthropy into business were also expertly covered by industry leaders such as SJS Events and Jassi & Co Creative.

The afternoon sessions continued to captivate the audience with their richness and variety. Barbi Walters of The Lynden Lane Co. spoke about monetizing strengths into additional revenue streams. At the same time, Beth Chapman Styling Consulting delved into mastering the art of selling to Gen Z. A notable Q&A with Charanna Alexander from the NYTimes, hosted by Carrie Lauren, provided unique insights, and discussions ranged from budgeting in luxury events to crafting experiences abroad and deep diving into event production.

The final breakout sessions of the day were equally enlightening, featuring Shannon Leahy Events on building exceptional teams, Angela Desveaux of Wed Luxe on the art of AI in weddings, and Tara Guérard Soirée's strategies for a successful wedding business. Also, Julianne Smith's insights on Pinterest marketing, Planned by Cristina Capone's session on personal and enterprise investing, and discussions on embracing diversity in business and legal aspects of client management by LemigaCharla Storey, Kunbi Odubogun of Oduberg Law, and Legally Set, provided attendees with a wealth of knowledge and actionable strategies.

The third day of Engage!23 was an educational journey and a testament to the evolving landscape of the wedding industry, embracing new trends, techniques, and perspectives. It offered a platform for professionals to gain invaluable knowledge, network, and be inspired, ensuring they are equipped with tools and ideas to elevate their businesses and the experiences they create.
