Hello, Ladies! We are glad you could join us at Bharvi & Mithil's wedding ceremony! If you were impressed and captivated by the first look photoshoot that we saw in our previous installment, this wedding ceremony will take your breath away! This time, the talented crew from Crimson Bleu Events managed to surprise us by transforming the elegant and spacious accommodations of the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta Hotel & Conference Center into a magical scene that seemed to be taken out of an Indian fairytale, to host this traditional and solemn ceremony full of colors and emotions. However, this magical setting could not have been accomplished without the beautiful floral arrangements and the impressive Mandap that Myar Decor created for this once in a lifetime event. Definitely, our lovebirds could not have wished for a better scenario to share their love in front of their family and friends. Although the atmosphere was already impressive on its own, it was the charming presence of our lovebirds that stole the scene and filled it with some much love that by just taking a look that the shots taken by Cassie Valente Photography you get to feel how the love they have for each other gets passed on to you and brightens up your day. There is no denying that they are meant for each other and that this wedding ceremony is just the start of a lifetime love story!  If you want to check all the details of this wedding ceremony, don't forget to visit today's gallery for more!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
In 2010, Mithil and I unknowingly resided in Georgia Tech freshman dorms just 3 minutes away from each other. It wasn’t until Spring 2011 when i met Mithil while I was studying with his roommate. For the next year, we continued to enjoy each other’s company and slowly it turned into something more than friendship. I knew he was "the one" when I wanted to study more and more with his roommate just so I can spend some time with Mithil during our breaks ;)

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
After dating for over 5 years, Mithil decided it was time to escalate things. He convinced me and few other friends to head down to Destin, Florida for some beach time fun. Little did I know, there’d be dozen other friends in Florida waiting to surprise me. Given Mithil's past puzzle hunt adventures, I didn't suspect anything out of the ordinary when he organized a puzzle hunt which comprised of various puzzles we solved along our journey to Florida. Each successful answer led us closer to the treasure chest which contained the biggest treasure of all, the key to my heart (in this case, it was shaped like a ring).

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
We did not hire a wedding planner as I (the bride) was pretty familiar with the wedding planning process since my brother got married a year ago in Atlanta as well. We also benefited from having a long engagement (1.5 years) and thus we didn’t feel rushed in the planning process and had the time to research the vendor options. we knew we wanted an outdoor wedding and given the guest count of over 300 people, our options with outdoor event space were limited in the metro Atlanta area. We visited the Hilton Marietta Hotel and fell in love with the outdoor veranda which overlooked the golf course and the rolling hills. We knew this was the location for us! Unfortunately, it rained during the wedding day so we used the ballroom for the ceremony. For Garba, we had a hand painted tree/branch backdrop with parrots. In front of the backdrop we had a rickshaw which was so much fun for everyone to take pictures with. We both love the outdoors and wanted our wedding to have a rustic outdoor feel to it. The decorator did a phenomenal job with mixing those two elements and gave us a gorgeous mandap full of greens, blush pink florals and white florals hanging from the mandap ceiling. The aisle pieces were rustic lanterns with various shades of pink florals hanging out.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I knew from the start that I wanted to wear pink on my wedding day - pink has always been my color and its very flattering on me. I decided to wear a hot pink bridal lengha by Aneesh Agarwal. For my reception outfit, I wore an ivory lengha by Sajda by Suman

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Our favorite part of planning was the overall theme/design. We were in love with outdoor and rustic theme; there's just something about nature that makes it so beautiful. Coming up with the details of every aspect of the day and seeing it come to fruition was awesome! Food tasting was another very fun aspect - who doesn't enjoy an excuse to eat 5 servings of cake without feeling guilty?!

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
In general our guests still remind us to this day how fun the entire wedding weekend was from start to finish. Guests especially loved the rustic theme for the wedding and a very personable reception where they heard very personal and heartfelt speeches from family members and bridal party. Based on this feedback we received from hundreds of guests, we highly advise couples planning their wedding that perfection isn’t possible but fun and memorable definitely is.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
During my mendhi night, Mithil surprised me with a beautiful and grand gesture of a surprise 10-minute fireworks show. I was completely surprised and couldn't have asked for a better way to kick off the wedding weekend. The moments only became more and more special event after event. Thanks to our excellent photographers and videographer, we will get to relive those special moments every anniversary!

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
To complement the rustic theme from the ceremony, the reception centerpieces were a mix of 30 inch tall centerpieces that looked like floating bouquets and these geometric terrariums with white and blush roses and hydrangeas surrounded with lots of greens. Our first song was Stand By Me by Ben E King. As a surprise, Mithil and his mom joined my father and I halfway through the father-daughter dance turning it into a father-daughter and mother-son medley. There were other surprised during the dance performances as well. I joined my bridesmaids towards the finale song and surprised Mithil. But the real surprise was when Mithil joined his groomsmen during their finale song. This was truly a surprise since Mithil is not the biggest fan of dancing.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Create a dedicated wedding email account to help you stay organized. Take your time with the planning and try to not get stressed. Take advice from everyone but don’t let people influence the final decisions to the point where it is not something that you want. Relax and plan a fun day for you, your significant other, and your guests. Perfection isn’t possible but fun and memorable is.

After this wedding ceremony, it is time to have some fun, so let's join Bharvi & Mithil at their reception party to celebrate their recent union!
