Happy Friday, dear readers!  We wanted to finish the week in the beautiful city of New Rochelle, NJ to see all the splendor behind the wedding of Bhagya and Crispin that I’m sure will leave you in complete awe! Studio KSD brings to light some stunning imagery of the adorable couple in their super stylish wedding outfits! I’m loving Bhagya’s charming scalloped-edge mermaid dress, her romantic sleek hair waves created by Beauty By Tamanna and her lush bouquet of all-white blooms, that was as magical as her special day! Her besties donned beautiful dusted rose sarees and carried equally dreamy white floral bouquets! Dashing Crispin on the other hand, went for a dark midnight blue tuxedo and joined his groomsmen squad who wore tailored suits in a similar shade and looked perfectly elegant! How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Crispin and I met in college. The first day of college, one of our mutual friends introduced us and we became good friends. We stayed friends throughout college and afterwards as well. In 2015, one day randomly, Crispin asked me out on a date. and i guess the rest is history.

I think I knew Crispin was the one right away and then came the shock of realizing that my soulmate was in front of me all along. I guess life works out in mysterious ways and I truly believe that we came together at the perfect point in our lives.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Crispin's view:

I convinced my cousin Ashley to ask Bhagya to come out for her birthday party in NYC. So it was easy to get Bhagya to keep the day free and go out. Bhagya loves flowers and gardens so my initial plan was to propose to her at St. Luke's Garden, Downtown, Manhattan. We were all set to go forward with this plan but as the days got closer the weather forecasted heavy rain. I decided to not change the date because there were a lot of family and friends who made plans to come to NY for this. Last minute, we scrambled to find an indoor place that she would love. After some intensive research, I found the Cathedral of St. John. Because she has always loved historical cathedrals, I knew she would love this setting.

The day of the "Birthday Party" I convince Bhagya to have dinner with me before going out. on our way to dinner, I told her I found a church that she would love and that we should make a quick stop there. She was awed by the beautiful church and then in front of the alter I got down on one knee and asked her to spend the rest of her life with me. Lucky me, she said YES!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Crispin actually surprised me with a bunch of venue appointments set up for the weekend after he proposed. We went to look at a lot of them but the moment we stepped into Surf Club on the Sound, we knew it was the one.

Studio KSD - We saw Studio KSD's work and we fell in love with it all! It seemed very high quality and we truly loved the way all the moments were captured. We didn't even bother reaching out to any other photographer.

Makeup and hair for myself and my girls were done by Beauty By Tamanna. She made sure my girls and I looked absolutely stunning.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
Wedding Gown - I really went into this with no expectations, I was open to a lot of styles. I just wanted my dress to reflect my personality. I wanted to look simple and beautiful. I absolutely love the work that was on my dress, there was a floral lace and it was all over my bodice and veil.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Overall, I enjoyed planning our wedding. We gave ourselves a lot of time and made sure to get things done ahead of time. I am really organized so I made sure all the information, next steps and detailed were documented. So we went into planning knowing our budgets and researched ideas of what we wanted. This really helped with every part of the planning process.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our guest loved everything about the wedding! Our families were so impressed with how well every little detail came together. The venue was already beautiful but the flowers and decor by Stylish Events made it stunning and it definitely wowed the guests.

The guest also raved about the food and how delicious it was and how there were so many options during the cocktail hour.

And of course, I received so many compliments on my bridesmaid outfits. I had so many brides to reach out to me regarding the outfits.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
The reception was the fav part of our night, from the moment we were announced as Mr. & Mrs. Kalarickal to the moment Crispin's special request last song played. DJ USA did a remarkable job of setting the tone for the entire night, through the traditional part, surprise dance by the groom & groomsmen, till the dance floor opened. It definitely felt like a blur but it felt amazing to see our family and friends having an awesome time on the dance floor.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Its never too early to start planning! Learn to let things roll off, don't get too focused the tiny details. My wedding looked nothing like what I initially thought it would and I love how it actually turned out.

It was time to tie the knot for these two! I’ll be back with the ceremony magical moments in a few!
