I created a board for it all and then presented it to my vendors and discussed it with them from there. I planned my whole wedding for 2 months before the big day when I decided I needed to hire help! It can be overwhelming, I say the best thing to do is hire a planner from day 1 and focus on figuring out your vision for everything - that's a big job in itself. If you can't hire a planner then create a google spreadsheet with timeline tasks and share with your family/friends that want to help.
