Welcome back to day two with us at the awe-inspiring Fairmont Banff Springs that included a powerhouse schedule for Maharani Weddings. As we made our way out of our hotel, we were pleasantly shocked with a gondola ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain. The breathtaking views of the town of Banff and the surrounding areas were crystal clear and the panoramic views were astounding.
Then it was a quick change to a remarkable line up of speakers. We were exhilarated by the powerful words of Christina Matteucci who brought realism and personality to the stage. Ines Disantos' heartwarming story of starting a business and being a mother left our jaws dropped with the raw emotion that was brought to the audience.
After the guest speakers sprinkled motivation and inspiration into the air it was off to the Among The Wildflowers themed lunch. Throughout the event, Tom Petty was on our mind, and the lyrics of Wildflowers danced in our heads. In the afternoon, one of the most treasured moments of the event was when event designer Ed Libby gave Maharani Weddings a HUGE shout out during his presentation. Such a proud moment!
After another outfit change, we embarked on our favorite night, the dine around and PJ party! It is always a treat to meet new friends in the wedding industry and reuniting with the old ones.
Dinner was so decadent at Maple Leaf, (wild salmon in Canada, always a good choice!) and then we had a quick outfit change (see told you!) into our swag Canadian onesies (see told you again!) and munched on delicious cookies and cocktails at the Fairmont.
