Today, we’re bringing you readers a visual treat with Avie & Deepak’s black tie, New Year’s Eve reception gala. The duo brought on BEL Events to take care of planning and design details for their gorgeous Indian wedding affair. As the bride and groom made their triumphant entrance to the Hotel Irvine, the spacious quarters shined with refinement. The venue dazzled guests thanks to the magical touch of floral and decor aficionados from Three Petals and lighting gurus from 3D Sounds. Every image captured by Lin & Jirsa left us wanting more. Ever the fashionista, Avie’s sparkling champagne reception ensemble reflected the fun and excitement of her elegant, New Year’s Eve reception soiree! Nick Datwani ensured that the venue was bouncing with euphoric beats, with guests ringing in the new year with streaming confetti and sparklers. Every reception detail was painstakingly executed, and shades of white, blush and gold bathed the space. The duo had an absolute ball throughout every moment of the weekend. Avie told us, “We loved the fact that we could cross something else off our list - spending NYE with ALL of our dear ones!” Sounds like a once in a lifetime experience! We have all the action packed photos for you to enjoy in our full gallery captured by Lin & Jirsa.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?

We truly loved spending time with all of our vendors. We were so fortunate enough to work with a group of such talented people who put their heart and soul into creating our special day with us. Even during all the events, we had the best time with our vendors and we're so grateful that we were able to connect with all of them and form lifelong friendships.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?

The fact that our wedding and reception were split up into two days with the reception being on New Year's Eve!

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?

The fact that my dog, Cosmo was a part of our special day. He truly was a trooper and looks so handsome in all our pictures together. We also loved the fact that we could cross something else off our guest list - spending NYE with ALL of our dear ones.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?

I believe that it's easy to get so lost in wedding planning that the couple forgets that the end goal is just being able to marry your special someone and not the tiny details of getting there. Enjoy wedding planning but don't let it consume you and your significant other because it truly takes away from all the magic.

Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)

We wanted to leave our guests with something memorable especially since we were ringing in the New Year and wanted to start the year off right - instead of typical party favors, we donated to two charities very close to our hearts (Pet Rescue Center and Olive Crest) on behalf of our guests.

Have a good evening Maharanis!
