Mehndi Maharani Finalist #7: Divya Henna

Happy Friday Maharanis! It is our last day of announcing finalists and it is such a bittersweet moment for all of us here! We enjoyed connecting with mehendi artists on a more intimate level, but most importantly, taking note of what inspires an artist and their work. Our finalist, Prashanta of Divya Henna has found that the most rewarding aspect of her career is connecting with not only brides but with individuals from all parts of life. Prashanta’s visionary scope exceeds that of embellished designs with intricate artwork of portraits and prolific figures in the Indian community. With special attention to crafting lotus flowers, single strand patterns as well as pets (yes, animals!) we have to agree that this mehndi artist has perfected her signature craftsmanship.
