Sadly, Maharani Sonia’s wedding is slowly coming to an end. I couldn’t get enough of the designer lenghas, floral decor that seemed to cover every inch of the prestigious Ritz Carlton, and wondering which celebs attending an event for The White House witnessed the baraat ceremony. From every inch of the Ritz, this fusion wedding was overlapping with luxury delight. Trading in the remarkable wedding lengha designed by Sabyashachi Mukherjee, Sonia slipped into yet another designer lengha by acclaimed bridal designer Anita Dongre. The mixture of royal burgundy, gold and pink was regal indeed; what an amazing combination of colors! The ballroom at the Ritz is the most ideal choice to host a wedding event in the Nation’s capital. With deep ceilings, royal chandeliers and silk fabric wall covering, it is no wonder that many prestigious names have hosted events here. With floral and decor by DaVinci Florist, lighting by Planet DJ Event Lighting and fine Indian cuisine from Moghul Caterers, guests could not get enough of this blockbuster event. But, the party doesn’t end just there! The official DJ for musical superstar Jay Sean, DJ Biks brought his swagger onto the turntables alongside Planet DJ Productions without missing a beat. Fluffy Thoughts Cakes, totally blew the crowd away with a multilayered, intricate designed wedding cake that could feed the masses.
