It's no secret that my favorite part of a wedding is the dress, and when I saw this insanely gorgeous blue number by Diane & Co. I literally was on the edge of my seat. With cascading ruffles and a fitted bodice this reception dress can be described in one word - everything. Maharani Priyanka looks stunning twirling Capitale's dance floor in a decked out ballroom by the talented hands of Elegant Affairs.
