"We knew our first dance would be a mix of 2-3 songs. The first song, Crazy Girl by Eli Young Band, has been special to us for a long time now. Sapna Jahan from the film Brothers was the second song in our first dance mix. It was a fairly new song that very quickly won us over."
On the role that family and friends played:
"Our wedding planners took care of pretty much everything and so our parents, family, and friends were able to enjoy all the events without having to worry too much. My parents took care of all the food tastings since I was living in Miami. Vick's mom was integral in helping us enhance decor. We also had an incredible bridal party who cooperated with all my crazy photo requests!"
Additional thoughts from the bride:
"A lot of patience, energy, and love went into selecting every single detail of our wedding. We spent almost a whole year finalizing decor, picking the perfect cake, visiting countless venues, etc. Every step of the process is special to us and will never be forgotten. Our phenomenal, talented vendors played a huge part in making our dream wedding come true!!!"
