We were in search of something extra special to help you speed through the mid-week blues, and thanks to the Indian wedding decor experts at Nikun Events, we were introduced to the cutest couple in Tampa, Florida, Brina and Ashok — who had just the thing we needed! This lovely duo tied the knot in breathtaking style, and we're diving into their sensational festivities with a peek at their sangeet night at The Vault, with their pre-wedding portraits! Today's Indian bride and groom dazzled in ombre ensembles that brightened the evening's details, and we can't get enough of Maharani Brina's orange, hot pink and red gown! Maharani Brina, on meeting the Raja of her dreams, Ashok:
"I met Ashok at the university of Florida at a party. I knew he was the one when I saw a mantra hanging on the wall in his room "60 days for the rest of your life". It was a countdown to the day he would be taking his MCAT. It was so refreshing to see someone driven and focused the way he was. His sense of maturity and humor won me over immediately!"
On what made her sangeet the most magical wedding memory:
"The most magical moment of our wedding was seeing our guests cutting loose at the Sangeet. I wanted the feel to be as if Gatsby himself came to the gham! Our guests proved to us that we do have the most fun clan of people in our circle. What an amazing night"
