Drish Couture Events planned and designed this Indian wedding in the Windy City, and these ceremony highlights are sure to take your breath away — the way Jigna did with her wedding guests as she made her way down the aisle in a custom-designed bridal lengha by Dilli Darzi. Our gorgeous Indian bride looked like a million bucks in her one-of-a-kind creation, and her hair and makeup by Makeup by Kulsoom Sakaria were on point. Her now hubby was a dashing Prince Charming in his blue and gold sherwani and red pants. The adorable duo wed outdoors under a beautifully decorated mandap that was an excellent explosion of floral details. Maharani Jigna, on her wedding style:
"We wanted to be colorful yet elegant. We chose to go with fuschia, peach, lavender just because I really liked those colors, and thought they went very well with our venue. Our palette for the evening was amber and blue with touches of white and green, inspired from our trip to Paris."
On what she enjoyed most about planning her wedding:
"I think I enjoyed just discussing it all with my mom when we would dream up what we wanted in the beginning of it all, and just getting excited over our entire family coming together for a happy occasion."
