The bride, on her Raja's romantic proposal:
"We were dating for 8 years before getting married, and by that time our families knew each other very well. The 'proposal' in this sense was my father meeting him and confirming that he loved him! That was all I needed. There wasn't a traditional proposal, but he has planned more than enough romantic memories along our journey to keep me in love! From surprise helicopter rides to Caribbean trips - this guy has done it all to keep a smile on my face!"
On choosing her dream wedding lengha(s):
"I despise sequins and anything sparkly. I wanted something simple yet elegant and glamorous. To bring my dreams to life, I worked with the only designer I trust in Atlanta - Image Boutique Shop (Surinder Bedi). She worked tirelessly to first help me find designs that would suit my personality and then ensured they came beautifully into fruition. Throughout the months it took to create the outfits, she kept me informed of the progress and also provided suggestions on little tweaks we could make to really take them over the top. In the end - my jaw DROPPED when I saw each outfit and couldn't have asked for anything more breathtakingly beautiful or more ME!"
