Oh, enchantment! I am loving the lush white centerpieces and glowing candles at this super luxe reception. With Elegant Affairs Inc. tending to the floral and decor, the result is bound to be breathtaking! The Westin Jersey City Newport is absolutely luminous and the sweetheart stage is a lavish dream. I'm delighted to be taking this sneak peek of the ballroom before DJ Suj kicks off the beats for the after party, so three cheers to Ryan Jensen Photography for bringing us behind the scenes! I know NYNJ Photography is catching all this beauty on film for the video to come, but for now I'm happy to admire all the glam in the photo gallery!

"We loved combining my Hindu and Craig's Jewish heritage in our celebrations—for example, at the Sangeet, Craig's mother and sister did the Hamotzi blessing for the bread and the Kiddush blessing over the wine; during the ceremony, Craig did the breaking of a glass and his siblings read Sheva Berachot (The Seven Blessings); and at the reception, of course we did the Hora!
We also tried to incorporate some elements from California into our wedding since we met and continue to live here—our escort cards directed our guests to tables named for Los Angeles landmarks we enjoyed while we were dating, like the Santa Monica Pier, Pantages Theater, Griffith Observatory, and Temescal Canyon. Also, our favors represented California since they were from See's Candies. Yum!!"
