Hello there, lovelies! Roll up those sleeves, get the lemon and sugar ready, and blast some Bollywood jams because it’s mehndi night! This has to be one of my favorite nights before a wedding because it’s full of life and really sets the tone for the rest of the celebrations. I have got to say, this bride has executed this super sweet makeup and hair look perfectly. From the bold green eye shadow to her bright pink and cream floral jewelry, she has hit this one out of the park! Those rose bud earrings and tikka are perfection! The bold décor masterfully crafted by Suhaag Garden is also winning with vibrant colors, lanterns, and silk drapes straight out of a genie’s lamp! Let me grant you your first wish and send you over to the gallery to gape at this marvelously momentous mehndi night captured by Andrew Milne Photography!

From Mahanrani Yasmeen: “A very special moment was the last song of the Mehndi, which was the night before the wedding. The DJ played the Bruno Mars song, “Marry You,” and our guests formed a big ring around us and then my nieces/flowergirls formed a smaller inner ring. Everyone was dancing and at the end Asim (the groom) got down on one knee and proposed again. It was totally impromptu and so sweet!”
After my mehndi dries, I’ll meet you back here for the chic ceremony where this Maharani shines with bridal fashions by Lashkara Couture!
