Indoor mandaps have the tendency to look overwhelming and overdone.  However, this particular indoor mandap by Victoria’s Florals and Design is a smashing success.  The mandap has a traditional, silver structure that they gently adorned with dangling, gorgeous red and white flowers.  What I absolutely love about this hindu ceremony set up is that the bride and florist worked together to make sure that the mandap didn’t compete with the ballroom’s grand skylights. By using an edited eye the overall look comes together beautifully!

In the world of weddings, we are always on the hunt for the latest color palette to help create the atmosphere for a stylish reception.  Indian weddings are always saturated with color…rich jewel tones and bright fruit colors.  So, it is refreshingly new to see this chic and simple color palette of white and peach.  Crisp, clean and beautiful, I love the way this reception really shows off the beauty of the venue.

If you are looking for ideas to make your wedding stand out we have two awesome ones for you.  First, I absolutely love this guest book.  It’s a great way to show off your engagement session, and give your guests a chance to write you a heartfelt note.  Keep it next to your wedding album and the two will compete for your attention.  Love.

The second is a hip way to display your table cards.  By draping them on a few Manzanita trees, your table cards look more like ornaments and much more personal.  Just remember to group them alphabetically, like the did here, otherwise, your guests will be searching for hours!
