Outside our engagement sessions week, we almost never feature engagement sessions on the site. However, today we are going to make an exception….well, that is because this next engagement session is exceptional.  Sarah is a devoted Maharani reader (love her!) and Maharani-to-be this coming June. She is half Lebanese, half West Indian and her handsome hubby-to-be is of Pakistani descent.  They did a take on K3G and came up with this awesome desert engagement session, since our bride is from Las Vegas, and our groom is from Texas.

Look carefully at these next two shots.  It is the same bench accessorized in two completely different ways.  The photo on the right looks like it is out of the Taj Hotel in Dehli.  The one on the left looks like a bench from the store Shabby Chic.  This is where you absolutely must work with a photographer you trust.  Styling a shoot is just as important as location.

See! Everyone has a lil’ Bollywood in them!  These photos are like movie star central!  What I love most about this engagement session is that the couple and photographer put together a shoot that reflected them as a couple.  It isn’t just pretty pictures in amazing lighting. It is something that uniquely defines Sarah & Ahmer. I heart it, B.I.G. time! And, I can’t wait to see what this creative couple has up their sleeve for their South Asian fusion wedding!
