When I first started Maharani Weddings, I was planning my own wedding, and used it as a place for me to gather ideas.  It was kinda like having one big fat Indian inspiration board. Because, I mean, how could I settle on just one I-board?!  Anyhow, as Maharani continues to grow and inspire South Asian brides around the world, I am constantly amazed by the quality of submissions we receive.  Today’s feature is so totally awesome, that you definitely need to block out 15 minutes to just gaze at the photographs. I didn't know that I loved glittering gold eye shadow, and I may even be convinced of wearing my hair in this modern braid. Seriously people, there is tons of inspirational goodies and indian wedding ideas here...it is absolute love at first site!

Mrs. Maharanis do you agree when I say….I wish I would have known about this bracelet before I got married?!  I am drooling over it! Combined with the artistic photographs by Nadia D Photography, it is going down in the Maharani hall of fame!
A bit about our artist : Nirjary Desai, of KIS3 Event Planning and Mehndi & Draping, has been providing “bridal elegance” for over 5 years.  She has trained trained at the Ash Kumar academy in the UK in Henna and through MAC cosmetics in make-up.
From Nirjary : My inspirations come from all things creative. I get a lot of my inspiration from old classic Bollywood and also nature, ornate jewelry and the details in indian clothing. I personally sketch out the henna designs based on my clients clothing that they will be wearing for all the different occasions for their wedding week. This let's each one of our clients have their own unique and couture custom design which is not repeated on another bride.
Totally, speechlessly, dreamily amazing!
I want to remind everyone that 5pm PST is the cutoff for the Creative Custom Card Boxes Giveaway!
