Deciding on your bridal hair can be tough, so today I am going to show you my some easy steps to figure out what you are going to do.

The biggest mistakes that indian brides make is that they don't think about their hair until after they have ordered their lengha. Make sure that you decide on the way you want to wear your hair before you order your lengha.  This is important because if you want to wear your hair half up, or all the way down, you MUST order an extra chuni.  This chuni will be made to match, will have less work on it, and will be lighter on your head.  This style will be worn more like a western veil and further back on your head, instead of near your hairline.  Here are some nice styles if you are going this route...

If you want to wear your chuni more traditionally, and close to your forehead, the best hair style for you is to wear your hair all up or in a bun.  This gives your heavy chuni something to rest upon and be pinned into.  This is important because you must remember that you will also be putting on a jai mala that weighs a few pounds adding to the weight of your chuni.  Here are some of my favorite up dos...

No matter which route you choose, you will look AMAZING, so relax and remeber, this is fun!
