This couple's enchanting love can definitely be felt throughout the images of today's gallery and let me tell you, they are as tender as it can be. Maharani Saamia looked like the quintessential South Asian princess, wearing the traditional burgundy lengha and all the jewelry that for sure, made her shine even more. At the same time, our lucky Raja Hasi was looking terrific. His young and stylish look where definitely a highlight, but as we know, nothing can eclipse a Maharani on her wedding day. Temecula, CA Indian Wedding by Megan Ann Photography

Welcome back, dolls! We couldn't wait to share with you the second installment of Mira & Isham's love and sun-fueled bash! The Ponte Winery and Vineyard Inn housed the ravishing reception we are about to witness and it is safe to say that our lovebirds truly found what they were looking for in that venue. So exclusive and elegant! Of course, for things to run smoothly in such an important day, you need to find a planner you can trust. No biggie! The Marigold Company folks came to the rescue and assisted the couple with all the planning and design details so they could focus on what was really important that day, their union and their guests. And speaking of guests, they were up for a real treat with the pals from Fusion Sounds who curated a playlist for the ages to keep everyone on the dance floor. An Indian wedding is not complete without all the dancing! So come and dance along with the images our friends from Megan Ann Photography kindly shared with us for our gallery. Let's go!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Isham and I met online! We chatted a bit, but I got caught up with work... and we didn't talk for a week. Ish sent a witty message, and that definitely caught my attention. We talked via text and on the phone for a few weeks before we had our first date (we both traveled a lot for work). On our first date, I was shocked that Ish brought me a present (a book!). He was charming, funny, and liked dark chocolate. We spent a lot of time together, and over the next few months, I knew that he was someone I wanted to do life with.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Isham and I love wine, and we love traveling to Napa Valley. During our second annual trip to Napa, we had planned on meeting up with an old friend of mine. She suggested that we visit one of her favorite vineyards, Tres Sabores. Tres Sabores is nestled in the hills of Napa, have dogs running around, and have excellent wines! What excited me was that they had a baby lamb that was recently born. We decided to walk towards the wine, I was so excited to see the lamb. The winemaker pointed out the "wedding tree," which was where she was married. I was too focused on the lamb, but when I turned around, Ish was down on his knee and proposing!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.

Isham and I fell in love with Ponte Winery the moment we saw it! We knew we wanted to bring our friends and family to experience things we enjoy doing (wine, games, and great food), and we knew we did not want a traditional wedding. Ponte provided a naturally beautiful space and allowed us to plan a wedding of our dreams. Our theme was "Mira and Ish." We wanted it to be elegant, but fun; cultural, but not religious; and we wanted our guests to have a great time!

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
It took a long time! In Houston, we have a lot of amazing stores... but it's hard to find the "right one." I knew I wanted a red/maroon lengha... and after months of searching, I found the perfect one at Manyavar!

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Trying the food!! It was close to the wedding, and it made it real! We served Indian food for our rehearsal dinner, and were blown away by Ponte's chef's recreation of our favorite, childhood dishes!

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our unique ceremony. My husband and I are not religious, but we wanted to have a short, meaningful ceremony. We had our siblings (all 3 of them), officiate the ceremony. Our siblings are the three people will be by our side through the thick and thin of our marriage. Also, we wanted to have a component of our wedding that involved our parents. We came up with 7 blessings that we wanted to be the center of our marriage. Our 3 siblings and 2 sets of parents each read a blessing during the ceremony.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
I walked down the aisle to one of my favorite songs from the musical, The Phantom of the Opera. I didn't think that Isham remembered the song I chose... but I guess he did! His vows ended with a line from the song, which was incredibly beautiful and heartfelt.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Know what are the 3-4 things that are the most important to you and your groom, and stick to them. The rest, let it go... it really won't matter in the end! It's just a day, it will only be as special as you choose to make it.

Chicago, IL Fusion Wedding by WS Photography

Could this bride be any more gorgeous? These amazingly brilliant shots by WS Photography look like they are straight out of a bridal magazine or maybe the latest Bollywood flick! Our playful couple was posing for the camera in great style and these pics are all definitely keepers! We are loving the bride's bangles and earrings which complete her look and complement her style. Not a single ounce of glam was lost after the rollercoaster of emotions of the ceremony! We also love the playful chemistry between these lovebirds that comes through each and every image and the vibrant colors totally enhance it. The reception at the Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge was definitely something, so elegant and sophisticated that we just had to share it with you, ladies! Chicago, IL Fusion Wedding by WS Photography

This stunning bride is Nidhi, and she is seriously looking as lovely as any bride could be on her wedding day. The portraits by WS Photography really showcase this gorgeous Maharani and pick up every little elegant detail of the outfit worn. From the rich light violet eyeshadows to the striking mehndi design on her toes and hands, be sure, ladies, that this bride is just overwhelmingly stunning. We loved the champagne overlay over her cherry red and gold lengha! It was a stylish and delicate combination with just the right burst of color. So amazing! The playfully adorable portraits of our bride with her groom are just an absolute delight as well. We can't wait to bring you their reception look! But in the meantime, you need to check out the gallery for exclusive details on their wedding ceremony and all the highlights moments at the lovely Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge. Let's get to it!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Tyler and I were set up by my childhood best friend, Julie, who was Tyler went to college with. She really went all out trying to get us together. She sent each of us pictures of the other constantly until finally we started talking. She was right because we really hit it off. Our first date was just supposed coffee which turned into an 8 hour "unicorn" date (our friend Dave came up with the term). I knew we had something special when we could spend almost entire day together and were still constantly chatting afterward.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
We went to Northern Wisconsin for my birthday weekend. I didn't really think it was anything besides a birthday trip because we typically take one each year.  On our trip Tyler wanted to take me to Bond Falls which is a waterfall in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that he visited a lot as a child. When we got to the bottom of the waterfall and popped the question. It was so private, romantic, and perfect.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
Since we had a fusion wedding we really wanted to represent both cultures and sides. So for the ceremony I really wanted to go traditional Hindu. I had already decided on a deep red/maroon with gold. We shopped all around Ahmadabad and Baroda until I found the perfect color and detailing.

For the reception gown I decided with a western white gown. Since my mother-in-law and friends weren't with me in India when I got my wedding lengha I really wanted to share the experience with them. I knew I wanted off white and lace, and luckily found something amazing the first day shopping!

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
The dancing and the food were big hits at our wedding. The entire weekend was a party. For a lot of people, especially Tyler's family this was their first time experiencing an Indian Wedding and they had a blast with all of the traditions. The dance floor at the reception was overflowing and everyone from little kids to aunts and uncles danced the night away. My cousin even performed a roller skating routine on the dance floor. I know the bride is supposed to be the star but everyone saw how much fun Tyler was having and it was contagious.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Tyler and I got some time during cocktail hour to just spend time together. We got to see the reception space before everyone else and just got to soak in the weekend. It was great to steal away some time with just the two of us.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
The week of the wedding just try to relax and enjoy the moment. You worked so hard during the planning process and this is really the time to take it in and enjoy. I promise the little things that might not work out exactly right won't even be a concern. It's all about spending time with friends, family, and most of all your love!

Part two is coming, ladies, stick around!
