Cancun, MX Gujurati Wedding by Saptapadi Studio

Sun-kissed, soul-stirring, and wrapped in effortless romance, Devina & Rishabh’s Cancun destination wedding was the kind that makes you pause mid-scroll and whisper, okay wow. Set against the lush tropical beauty of Mexico’s coastline, their celebration blended timeless South Asian traditions with breezy resort elegance—proof that when love meets paradise, magic follows naturally.

Behind the scenes, Dream Shaadi orchestrated the weekend with signature finesse, blending thoughtful planning and refined design into an experience that felt both elevated and deeply personal. From seamless transitions to perfectly paced celebrations, everything felt intentional—never overdone, never rushed. It’s the kind of effortless elegance that only comes from expert hands.

Hosting all events at Moon Palace Cancun turned Devina & Rishabh’s wedding into a full-scale destination experience. From a high-energy sangeet to a heartfelt ceremony and an elegant reception, the resort provided a stunning canvas for every moment. Guests were treated to warm hospitality, sweeping tropical views, and indulgent cuisine that balanced South Asian flavors with resort luxury—exactly what you want when celebrating love abroad.

The amazing Indian Destination Wedding team, played a key role in making this celebration stress-free for both the couple and their guests. From travel coordination to accommodations and on-ground logistics, their expertise allowed everyone to focus on what truly mattered: celebrating Devina & Rishabh (and maybe sneaking in a poolside cocktail or two). Destination weddings feel infinitely lighter when you have a team that truly understands them.

Devina’s bridal beauty moments were nothing short of radiant. With hair and makeup by Dhvani Patel and Styling Trio, her look struck the perfect balance between soft glam and classic bridal elegance. Glowing skin, statement jewelry, and timeless styling came together beautifully—made even more special by intimate getting-ready moments shared with family and loved ones.

When it was time for the baraat, the energy shifted into full celebration mode. Drums in Paradise set the tone with infectious beats that transformed the procession into a joyful, high-energy dance party—because if you’re getting married in Cancun, your baraat should feel like a vacation highlight.

Every meaningful moment—from stolen glances to joyful embraces—was captured with cinematic care by Saptapadi Studio. Their storytelling preserved not just the events, but the emotions, ensuring Devina & Rishabh’s wedding will be relived for generations. As evening fell, Palace Productions enhanced the ambiance with warm, romantic lighting, and Promedspa delivered a sparkling fireworks finale that felt like the perfect punctuation mark on an unforgettable celebration.

Devina & Rishabh’s Cancun wedding was a masterclass in destination elegance—romantic without being over-the-top, joyful without losing sophistication, and deeply rooted in tradition while embracing the beauty of its surroundings. It’s the kind of celebration that reminds us why we love South Asian weddings so much: the heart, the heritage, the happiness—and yes, a little tropical breeze doesn’t hurt either.

Pearl River, NY Indian Wedding by WSS Weddings

Shanaya & Dev's wedding was the kind that makes you want to pause real life, grab a seat at the baraat, and convince everyone you were absolutely meant to be on the guest list. This celebration unfolded like a movie with three sparkling acts: a vibrant sangeet, a picturesque ceremony under open skies, and a reception that could easily double as a royal gala. And through it all, WSS Weddings captured every last twirl, tear, and “OMG, this is stunning” moment with the storytelling finesse only a Platinum Guide photographer can deliver.

The festivities kicked off with a sangeet that felt like a glittering preview of the magic to come. Shanaya arrived wearing a mesmerizing ensemble by Jigar & Nikita, shimmering under the lights as if she were born to be center stage (the unanimous verdict: she was). Partyland Sajawat brought the room to life with décor that blended tradition and flair—think color, texture, and whimsy wrapped into one gorgeous creation. The Hilton Pearl River provided the perfect backdrop once again, effortlessly transforming with each event like a seasoned shape-shifter.

When the big day arrived, Shanaya floated into her ceremony looking like a modern-day maharani in a breathtaking Disha Patil couture lengha—regal, romantic, and simply unforgettable. The mandap, masterfully designed by Partyland Sajawat, rose from the greenery like a floral dream sequence, complete with lush roses and carefully layered textures that made every angle camera-ready. The artistry continued up close, thanks to Anuja Wala’s mehndi detailing, which looked stunning in all the getting-ready portraits.

Everything Beautiful Artistry and Beauty by Bijal Shah crafted Shanaya’s flawless hair and makeup looks. Soft glam, bold glam, and everything in between—each transition was seamless and picture-perfect, a testament to true industry expertise. Dev made his own grand entrance with baraat beats courtesy of Amplifire Entertainment, whose energy could have powered the entire tri-state area. The music didn’t just set the tone; it kept the celebration vibrating with joy from start to finish. The culinary journey was equally impressive thanks to Moghul Catering, who delivered a feast guests will likely be dreaming about until further notice.

At the reception, the ballroom glowed beneath crystal chandeliers and elegant décor touches, with Premium Event Rental’s curated pieces elevating every corner. Disha Patil returned as the designer behind Shanaya’s stunning reception look—a blend of sparkle, sophistication, and effortless glamour. For dessert, A Little Cake delivered a confectionery masterpiece almost too pretty to cut… almost. Once it was sliced, there were no regrets—just quick forks and happy sighs. Monaco Experiences handled seamless transportation with the elegance worthy of such a celebration.

Behind the scenes, Aria Events, our talented Platinum Guide member, orchestrated every detail with the precision of a symphony conductor. From logistics to ambience to unforgettable guest experiences, their planning ensured the wedding flowed with ease, beauty, and unforgettable moments. This was a love story told through flawless design, expert artistry, and families who celebrated with their whole hearts.

Shanaya & Dev’s celebration is a perfect reminder of what happens when the right vendors, the right vision, and the right couple come together: pure magic.

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Dev and I met at Saint Louis University as undergrads! We had a natural friendship and eventually couldn’t deny that there was something more. We decided to go all in on our relationship and try long distance, and after 6 long years of FaceTime calls and plane rides, we’re finally in the same city and married!

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Dev and I had dinner plans in NYC, but with my family, he planned for brunch in Hoboken, which I made the reservation for! When we got to the restaurant, my parents and sister drove away and Dev took me to the waterfront where he proposed. He had a photographer set up! After a photoshoot, he arranged for a dinner surprise with both of our families and a night out surprise with our friends from all over! It was a perfect night.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
My family, Dev, and I started wedding planning from the jump. We researched numerous venues and were Excel sheet obsessed with all of the budgets and vendors we were interested in. Dev really wanted a venue that also had a hotel, so all of our friends and family traveling had an easy weekend logistically, and I really wanted an outdoor wedding. The Hilton Pearl River filled all of our check boxes, along with having so much charm and beautiful features. Abbey, our event coordinator, was amazing to work with from the start, and we would choose our venue 1000 times over.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
At first, I thought I would go straight away from the traditional red color, but after trying on multiple outfits, I understand why so many South Asian brides wear red. It was undeniable that it just makes you pop. My family and I went shopping in India, and one of the first designers I went to was Disha Patel, and I fell in love.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The most enjoyable part of the process was how it brought my family closer together, and all of the time we spent together and finding all of the details that made it really feel so special to us. Of course, it was also amazing. Just see all of our planning come to life on the actual weekend of the wedding. Additionally, my family handmade the backdrop and decor we used for our haldi, so seeing that turn out so amazing was so satisfying.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
We had many people, on how amazing the food was, along with how our DJ did an amazing job, keeping the Dance floor hype. Shout out to Moghul Catering and Amplifire Entertainment! We also got a lot of love for our gift baskets, which my mom sourced from India.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
It’s hard to pick one special moment, but just seeing all of our favorite people together in one place was so special. Some highlights were the amazing performances our friends and family put together for our sangeet and dancing with everyone at the reception.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Have fun! This is the only time you will have these people in a room celebrating you and your love! Also, don't let people tell you the details don't matter. All of your effort will be recognized, so put in the work for what makes you happy.

If this wedding left you inspired (or slightly obsessed), be sure to follow our Instagram for more.

Chantilly, VA Indian Wedding by Paperboys

If you're the kind of Maharani who dreams of timeless tradition wrapped in sparkle, charm, and a dash of mischief—you’re in for a treat. Karishma & Gireesh’s Indian wedding was everything we adore: a multi-day celebration infused with culture, color, and major character energy. From teary-eyed ceremonies to chandelier-lit ballroom laughs, this wedding gave us romance, radiance, and reel-worthy moments at every turn.

Their love story unfolded at the stunning Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles, a venue that effortlessly played host to every chapter of their wedding weekend. From the serene morning ceremony, bathed in soft natural light and accented with delicate floral touches, to the dazzling, candlelit reception that followed, this venue proved its versatility at every turn. Its grand ballrooms, charming outdoor spaces, and impeccable service made it the ultimate backdrop for a celebration that blended heartfelt tradition with high-end sophistication. Whether guests were witnessing sacred vows or tearing up the dance floor, every moment felt like it belonged in a fairytale—one written just for Karishma & Gireesh.

But let’s rewind a bit—because none of this magic would’ve unfolded without the planning wizardry of GC & CO Events. They orchestrated every moment with precision and passion, ensuring this couple’s vision was brought to life without a singleWait, where’s the baraat horse?moment (though there was a very real horse—more on that in a second). Speaking of showstoppers: Sarah Khan Event Styling deserves a standing ovation for the dreamy floral and décor setup. Think lush greenery, cascading blooms, and a mandap that looked straight out of a romantic epic. And the details didn’t stop there—Nuage Linens, Select Events, Fabrication Events, and Party Rental Ltd. added layer after layer of refinement with their luxe rentals, fabrics, and charger plates.

Our bride Karishma turned every head and melted every heart, especially in her jaw-dropping bridal looks, complemented flawlessly by Malia’s Makeup Artistry. Her mehndi by Bhavna’s Henna & Art LLC was a stunning work of art, and Khadija Choudhry's sari pinning made sure not a pleat was out of place. Bridal sparkle? Check. Emotional gasps from the groom? Double check. Now let’s talk baraat—Harmon’s Carriages & Training delivered major regal energy with a majestic horse-drawn entrance that felt straight out of a royal procession. It was the kind of arrival that turned heads, stopped traffic (literally and metaphorically), and kicked off the festivities with flair.

And if the baraat was the spark, Luxe Event Group was the full-on fireworks show. This powerhouse team brought the energy, rhythm, and wow factor that took every event to the next level. From hyping up the crowd during the baraat to flawlessly curating the soundtrack of the couple’s love story during the reception. Their lighting design turned the ballroom into a dreamscape—romantic during dinner and electric during the dance sets. Every beat drop, spotlight flicker, and mood shift was perfectly timed, making the celebration feel like a luxurious concert-meets-love-fest that no one wanted to end.

Through every heartfelt glance, whispered vow, and choreographed twirl, Paperboys was there—not just as photographers, but as storytellers. Their keen eye for emotion and detail ensured that no moment went unnoticed, from the subtle way Karishma clutched Gireesh’s hand during the ceremony to the burst of laughter they shared while seated at the piano, champagne flutes in hand. Their ability to freeze those fleeting, in-between moments—the tears that welled up during the speeches, the quiet smiles during the first look, the sparkle of the mandap reflected in Karishma’s eyes—gave this wedding a visual narrative that’s as rich as the celebration itself.

Somerset, NJ Gujarati Wedding by Saroj Studios

A crisp morning at The Marigold, where hues of marigold flowers blend with the morning sun, setting the perfect tone for Amy & Anshel’s wedding day. The scene was nothing short of a Bollywood romance come to life—a dazzling celebration infused with Gujarati traditions, modern elegance, and their sprinkle of whimsy.

The ceremony, held under a canopy designed by Wedding Art, was a masterpiece of colors and tradition. The mandap, draped in marigold-orange and white blooms, radiated Gujarati grandeur. As Amy walked down the aisle, her intricate jewelry shimmered with the blessings of generations, while Anshel couldn’t hide his broad grin. The evening turned into a night of revelry; Luxuriant Events wove together tradition and glam in a profoundly personal yet delightfully grand way.

Amy, resplendent in a deep green and gold intricately embroidered lehenga styled by Cinderella Bridez, looked nothing less than a queen from the Mughal era. Meanwhile, Anshel, sporting a classic ivory sherwani with bold purple accents, brought the princely charm to the day. Their first look was a magical moment of awe, joy, and playful teasing as Amy stole a moment to adjust Anshel’s attire.

A heartfelt shoutout to Saroj Studios for their extraordinary talent in capturing Amy & Anshel’s special day. Every frame they delivered was a work of art, preserving the intricate details of the decor and outfits and the raw emotions that made this celebration unforgettable, from the tender glances exchanged during the ceremony to the joyous chaos on the dance floor. Their knack for blending candid, photojournalistic shots with perfectly composed portraits added a cinematic flair to the wedding story.

Cinnaminson, NJ Indian Wedding by Lightyear Studio

As the sun caressed the lush gardens of The Merion, guests were welcomed into a scene straight out of a royal Indian fantasy. The floral arrangements by Exclusive Events NY were the epitome of luxury—lush roses intertwined with marigolds lined the aisle, and the mandap was a floral dream, beautifully framing the couple as they exchanged vows. The mandap stood as the event's centerpiece, adorned with delicate blooms that created an intimate yet grand setting. The atmosphere was charged with emotions, and every glance shared between Poonam & Rohit radiated their love and joy, making it clear that this was the beginning of a beautiful journey together.

And speaking of dramatic entrances, Rohit arrived standing tall (quite literally) in a convertible, decked out in marigold garlands. His joy was contagious, setting the tone for a day that was going to be nothing short of spectacular. It was a grand moment, filled with cheers and laughter as the groom made his memorable arrival, a sight that left everyone in awe of the grandeur of the event.

Poonam, the epitome of grace and beauty, was glowing as she entered. Dressed to perfection by Urban Vanity, her bridal look was a masterpiece. The intricate mehndi and her soft, glamorous makeup highlighted her natural beauty, making her the queen of the day. Their first look? It was frozen as they locked eyes, surrounded by a golden hue of love and light.

As the evening shifted into the reception, DJ Monu Entertainment & MSI Events USA turned up the energy, and the dance floor was packed from start to finish. Poonam & Rohit's first dance was pure magic, set against a backdrop of twinkling lights and floral arrangements that took the decor to another level. The night was filled with laughter, heartfelt speeches, and, of course, non-stop dancing. Guests couldn't help but groove to the beats, leaving no room for sore feet.

Capturing every enchanting moment was Lightyear Studio. Their stunning photography immortalized every frame's joy, laughter, and love. Each photo was a work of art, from the soft, intimate moments between the couple to the grand, celebratory shots.
