From the bride, on hair & makeup:

"I had done about 5 trials with the makeup artist to find the one that would suit me best since the one I wanted wasn't available for my wedding day. I finally had found one I liked and after one month of contacting the artist, she finally came through. I just mentioned to the artist, I did not want to be cakey with a lot of makeup on my face and that I am obsessed with Kaajol and blush. For hair, i just had a rough idea how I wanted it to look for my wedding ceremony and reception. I just showed my hair stylist the day of, and she was able to do it for me."
