Park Ridge, NJ Indian Fusion Wedding by Nayeem Vohra

We are so lucky to see the sweet union between Poonam and Mike not once but twice! Yes, this beautiful couple from New Jersey tied the knot in a big fusion Indian wedding at the fabulous Rockleigh and the well-known planning experts from Premini Events were the ones in charge of putting together the lavish celebrations! Cliff Mautner Photography was the official photographer who masterfully created the most amazing wedding album we presented to you just a few days ago in our Blog, while Nayeem Vohra Photography was the expert behind the creative highlight footage we will enjoy today! The happy couple joined their lives in a joyful outdoor ceremony and said "yes" again in an ethereal yet lovely western ceremony which served for Ovando NY as inspiration for the precious custom-made scenarios they build for each event! For all her stellar moments, our blushing bride enhanced her natural beauty thanks to the best team of bridal experts Flawless Beauty by Pauline, who gave bride Poonam just the right fresh look for her traditional union, a glowing makeup for her western ceremony and finally a dramatic look for her evening apparition. The night brought big surprises such as the DJ USA and a magnificent cake from  A Little Cake Le Petit Gateau that decked out the place with a fabulous uplighting set and a marvelous piece of sweet art! Hit play and take a look at the wonderful ceremonies now!

You better be back Maharanis because we have so many highlight footages to share with ya'll!

Whippany, NJ Indian Wedding by Raj Sarma Photography

It is time for another featured film, ladies! This time we head down to New Jersey for Bhavita & Sumved's fairy tale wedding. These two lovebirds decided to unite their lives together and to make it happen, they recruited the team from Events by Sparkles who planned and designed the entire spree, and as we will see, it was as grand as their love for each other! The Birchwood Manor in Whippany was the perfect spot to celebrate both the ceremony and reception. We are absolutely loving the violet lighting decoration that gave that extra touch of exclusivity and glam to the gala. Truly bewitching!  Since magic was all over the place for this nuptials, it was only natural that our Maharani Bhavita's inner and outer beauty was indeed mesmerizing our lucky groom. She was looking gorgeous thanks also to the team from Beautiful Brides by Vesta. Their talent shone like a diamond and our bride was the perfect canvas for that display of awesomeness. We are certain you ladies are just going to love this one, without a doubt a supreme job crafted by our friends from Raj Sarma Photography. So hit play below and relieve everything that went on for Bhavita & Sumved's heartfelt espousal!

Chicago, IL Indian Wedding by Lin & Jirsa Photography

The middle of the week is upon us and it seems like time flies. I'm sure it happens to our couples as well. One day they are getting engaged and suddenly, they are having their first dance as a married couple. That is why it is important for us to share the highlights of the celebrations to store those moments forever and relive all the emotion that went on. With that being said, we are very excited about today's feature. True happiness can be felt for this celebration. Fify & Akhil are all smiles and tenderness, I tell you that. Just like our gorgeous Maharani mentioned, they are the representation of opposites attracting. Raja Akhil's calmness contrasting with Maharani Fify's liveliness, is truly a union you want to witness, ladies. Both the ceremony and reception were held at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago, and it was rocking. Our dazzling bride donned a gorgeous white gown that made her look like the true Maharani she is. The lucky groom waited patiently at the aisle wearing a modern black tux that surely made Maharani Fify remember why she chose to spend the rest of her life with him. Heartwarming indeed! Join us for our cinematic experience of today thanks to Lin & Jirsa Photography and get ready for some serious and joyful tear shedding.

More from our Maharanis? Don't forget to check us out, every day a new feature.

Welcome and hello Maharanis! There's nothing quite better than starting the week with a fabulous highlight film of two charming lovebirds, so, therefore our talented friends from Photographick Studios bring to our desk the spectacular wedding of Shilpa and Jay to finally complete the gorgeous imagery previously presented by Regeti's Photography in our Blog! This lovely union took place at the Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner and Sonal J. Shah Event Consultants planned all the details and amazing elements that filled this spectacular venue. Nivanjoli brought to life the fantastic decor themes, from a ceremony extravaganza to a refined reception, every event was stunning!  Maharani Shilpa was a total star thanks to Styles By Swati - Salon SBS who produced a flawless series of looks for our bride during her wedding shows! As the celebrations draw to a close the professional entertainers from Amplifire Entertainment made everyone dance the night away and Moghul Caterers feasted them with a dazzling menu! Make sure to check out the entire event with the highlight film below with everything you need to know about this grand celebration!

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Jay and I had planned a trip to Bermuda for a short vacation. I had planned most of the details of the trip but little did I know Jay was planning his own surprise. We had gotten ready early for a nice dinner one evening and Jay suggested we go down to the beach to take pictures. As we headed down to the beach at sunset, I turned the corner and found the most romantic dinner set up with roses and candles all right next to the ocean.
I was completely surprised and just remember that feeling of being the happiest I’ve ever been with the man of my dreams!

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
We made a family trip to India and I had always pictured a deep pink, almost rosy lehnga color. I was able to find just that! I loved the different colors my lehenga had- orange, yellow-green details

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Everyone was most impressed with the decor and the food! I think we had made some great choices for the food with a lot of variety! The desserts made by the Ritz were also amazing!

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
The first time I walked in and saw the ceremony mandap setup- it was so beautiful and perfectly put together. My vision that had been building for the past year of bringing a garden indoors was finally real! And I loved the cute elephants at the entrance

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
I loved the decor for all my events- tried to keep the garden them throughout!
My haldi was at our house outside on the deck with a beautiful backdrop of green trees and a yellow open mini mandap covered in marigolds and fresh jasmine
My mehndi has a backdrop of a green wall with orchids fun henna decor! We had a bangle and bindi bazaar favor table for the guests
The Sangeet had a Moroccan then with 7 different food stations and lots of fun prints and color!

Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
We had unique beautiful wedding favors- henna design macaroons that were delicious! It was definitely something fun and perfect for an Indian wedding!

See you tomorrow loves!

Kansas City, MO Indian Wedding by Aria Cinema Films

We are sure you have already checked today's gallery taken by Rahul Rana Photography! If not, the following highlight reel is the perfect way to start getting into what was Ash & Sarah's memorable nuptials, coming from Kansas City. Our featured film comes thanks to the fascinating job of the crew from Aria Cinema Films, who as we already know, operate cameras in such a way that virtually makes you feel like another guest! Truly a cinematic experience. It is also no secret that we are huge fans of the enchanting melodies of live musicians that lend their gift for the newlyweds to dance and unite their souls and bodies through sound. A house favorite, Ronobir Lahiri Music, lined up the elements and brought the stars blessings to Ash & Sarah's beginning of a voyage. Words can't describe fully the alchemy that went on at the Intercontinental Kansas. So, lucky for us, the moving images are our partner in crime for the day and be sure, it will inspire you! Join us next, you know where, here, on Maharani Weddings.

See you tomorrow for more magic!
