If there’s one thing we gathered from Swati and Prabodh’s delightful wedding, it's that sophistication lies in simplicity. With each wedding we get to watch up close and personal, we get the feeling that we lucked out, but this one was truly heartwarming because of the immersive, emotional moments. “Prabodh and Swati are two of the sweetest, kindest, and most easygoing people you will ever meet, who love to laugh and seem to always have a smile on their faces,” said Luis Quintana, the cinematographer at Luis Quintana Films, who thoroughly enjoyed filming the ever-smiling couple. Premier W.E.D orchestrated the events very smoothly, and Enchanted Florist decked up the venues in keeping with both, the color scheme, and the personalities of the bride and the groom. Swati and Prabodh’s ceremony, hosted at Hutton Hotel, commenced on a note of fun and frolic. Prabodh entered on a horse accompanied by a joyous Baraat, in a classic cream and gold silk sherwani, paired with a safa that matched Swati’s flamboyant coral lehenga with a coordinated tulle dupatta. Katie Russo gussied up our Maharani by styling her hair in loose waves, and perfectly setting her kundan matha patti. The aisle runner was adorned with big bouquets, leading to a mandap that featured white princess chairs and a mix of white and coral drapery. Guests had a range of cuisines to choose from, including Donut Den, American in-house delicacies from Hutton, and Indian dishes from Persis Biryani Indian Grill. We were in awe of the reception’s entryway - a grand cascading chandelier. The chic tables were covered in beige and lavender linens with bejeweled accents, and rosy flowers and candelabras made for minimalist centerpieces. The gorgeous white cake with white and red rosettes by Signature Cakes had the cutest antique gold elephant cake toppers we’ve ever seen! Swati dazzled in an embroidered beige and blue lehenga, and her beau looked spiffy in a white tuxedo with a black pocket square. Watching Swati dance with her father, and Prabodh, with his mother-in-law brought about some real feels! The part where the guests happily boogied to the beats of Prime DJ's came on (thankfully) just as we were about to tear up a little. But hey, a little sniffle hurt no one, especially when they're happy tears, right?
