Miami Beach, FL Indian Wedding by Diego Stuart Films

Shimmering waves, golden sand, and the gentle hum of Miami’s ocean breeze meet the vibrant colors and joyous chaos of an Indian wedding. Yes, we’re talking about Aarthi & Aidan’s unforgettable celebration at the iconic Eden Roc Miami Beach.

The welcome party kicked off with a gorgeous sunset and the most beautiful Amalfi coast-inspired decor arranged personally by the amazing planner, Marianne of Tres Chic Event Planning. It was stunning—the drinks were flowing, and the vibes were sky-high! The next event was the Hindu wedding, and so many guests raved that the decor was the best they’d ever seen, thanks to A Creation by Mario. Marianne recommended him, and, oh boy, did he deliver! The final day’s Christian beach wedding and reception somehow topped even that, with twinkle lights over the dance floor and the perfect tablescape. Marianne worked her magic again, finding just the right vendors to bring Aarthi’s vision to life. “Best weekend of my life,” Aarthi said, “and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing planner, florist, DJ, photographer, and all the other vendors who turned our dreams into reality!”

If there was one element that kept this party pulsing like a Bollywood blockbuster, it was the unstoppable beats from Pavan Events. From the joyous Baraat that had Aidan channeling his inner Maharaja on the Miami sands to the reception dance floor that could have powered the entire city grid, they brought the ultimate ‘let’s get this party started’ energy. The transitions between Hindi bangers and American chart-toppers were seamless, like watching an expertly choreographed dance of cultures in every beat. Let’s be real: we’re still recovering from those dance-offs!

Aarthi, the absolute vision of a modern Maharani, radiated in her stunning ensemble (if you’re wondering, Marz Makeup and Hair gave her that goddess-level glow). Her bridal draping and sari tying were flawless, thanks to the artistry of Blush by D, which truly draped her like a goddess stepping out of a Bollywood dream. And let’s not forget the striking mehndi by Henna by Sumaiya Waheed, each swirl and pattern telling a story of love and luck. Capturing every laugh, every twirl, and every tender glance was the incomparable Diego Stuart Films. Their cinematic magic turned the wedding into a reel of unforgettable memories. From the playful sparkle in Aidan’s eyes during the couple’s first look to the heartfelt speeches at the reception, Diego Stuart’s team didn’t miss a single “Wow” moment. Their film is a living testament to how love truly conquers all (and looks fabulous doing it in Miami).

Love, laughter, and endless dancing—this wedding was truly a Miami Beach masterpiece!

St. Louis, MO Fusion Wedding by Ray Prop Photography

It is a love story that begins at the top of the Ferris wheel and blossoms in the heart of St. Louis! Natasha & Jason’s wedding was an ode to their adventurous spirits, impeccable style, and the blending of their Sikh, Punjabi, and Parsi heritages. From the grand Piper Palm House to the luxurious Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza, every venue reflected the couple’s love for architecture and history, a stunning backdrop for this modern Indian fusion celebration.

Natasha looked ethereal in her monochrome red bridal lehenga, a masterpiece by Kynah and Mishru that blended the traditional elegance of a Parsi sari with the grandeur of a Sikh bridal look. Jason complimented her style perfectly in his classic black tuxedo—talk about couple goals! Sheana Marie Artistry worked her magic, creating a soft, glamorous look for the ceremony that transitioned into a dramatic flair for the reception. The couple’s walk down the aisle at Piper Palm House was a highlight moment—Jason’s beaming smile said it all!

With Big Bow Events at the helm for planning, floral, and décor, Natasha & Jason took a less-is-more approach that let the historic beauty of each venue shine. Their reception at The Chase Park Plaza was nothing short of a royal affair: shimmering tablescapes, gold-rimmed glassware, and a stunning floral palette that added a touch of romance. DJ Lakha kept the beats going while guests sipped cocktails from Colleen’s Cafe and devoured a fusion feast catered by Hollyberry Catering and Taj Palace.

The couple’s proposal story set the tone for their wedding weekend—Jason popped the question at the top of the Ferris wheel at Union Station, a nod to their shared love for Ferris wheels around the world! Their wedding itself was like a reunion, bringing together friends and family who hadn’t seen each other in years, filling the dance floor with laughter and endless moves.

Ray Prop Photography captured every precious moment of Natasha & Jason’s wedding with an artful blend of elegance and emotion. From the couple’s intimate first look to the joyous reception dances, each photograph reflected the vibrant energy and heartfelt connections of the day. His ability to document not just the big moments but also the quiet glances and laughter made their wedding story come alive.

One of the most heartwarming moments? Natasha walked down the aisle with her dad, surrounded by everyone who had shaped their lives—an image that will forever be etched in her memory. And if there’s one thing Natasha wants every bride to know, it’s this: “Don’t sweat the small stuff—let someone else handle it. Take a moment to soak it all in with your spouse because it goes by way too fast!”

We got engaged at the top of the Ferris wheel at Union Station in St. Louis! It was perfect since it was just the two of us, and it had so much sentimental meaning. A number of years ago, one of our earliest trips together was in Chicago. We explored and ate all over, and also had an incredible time on the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier. Since then, we’ve continued that tradition of riding Ferris wheels on many of our travels all over the world!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
We wanted to celebrate St. Louis’ unique architecture and history. Each venue we selected for both the ceremonies (Piper Palm House in Tower Grover Park) and the reception (The Chase Park Plaza Hotel) was intentional to be able to stand on its own. From a decor standpoint, we went with a less-is-more approach to really just highlight and enhance the existing beauty of the venues and provide a serene and intimate atmosphere with a modern flair.

For hair and makeup, I wanted to maintain a soft glam look consistently but add more drama as the weekend went along up to the reception.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I wanted to keep the traditional elements of a Parsi wedding sari and a Sikh bridal lengha, but still keep it contemporary. I’ve always loved the monochrome look and its quiet elegance, and that was my main inspiration.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
I felt like the wedding planning process brought both of our families together and gave us the opportunity to learn a lot more about each other’s culture and traditions between the Sikh, Punjabi, and Parsi ways of life. This laid a great foundation of mutual respect and celebration of both sides that I feel will lead to a great lifetime of learning and experiencing our cultures together in new ways!

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Since we have known each other for a long time, our wedding was a huge reunion of many of our guests who had not gotten a chance to see each other in many years. We also had an incredible DJ, so each event really felt like a fun celebration where everyone could let loose!

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
The most special moment was walking down the aisle with my dad and seeing everyone dear to us throughout different phases of our lives all together under one roof. Truly a surreal moment that I’ll never forget.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Upon the arrival of the wedding weekend, don’t sweat the small stuff - let someone else take care of it! And remember to give yourself moments to take it all in, alongside your spouse (it all goes by too fast) :).

Stunning venues, heartfelt moments – Natasha & Jason’s wedding was truly unforgettable.

Ready to be inspired? Khusbu & Birju’s wedding story awaits in our Platinum Guide Blog!

photo #429684

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Our tale begins amidst the fluorescent-lit chaos of a science fair symposium in our senior year of high school. There we were, two budding geniuses armed with awkward teenage charm, locked in fierce competition. Obviously, Birju won the science fair & gloated in all his glory. Fast forward to Rutgers University, where I found myself in a cramped Biology class my first semester. And who did I see walk in on my first day of class? Birju! But he did not recognize me. Eventually, we started hanging out in the same group of friends, and he remembered. I would like to believe he knew I was the one when I was stuffing my face with breadsticks at Olive Garden on our first date, and I knew he was the one when he encouraged me to indulge even more! Jokes apart, while I don't necessarily think it was one exact moment, I believe it was our journey together. I truly believe it was our journey together—the ups, the downs, and everything in between—that made me realize he was the one. Through thick and thin, he was always by my side, and his unwavering presence showed me the depth of his love and commitment.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Birju had always talked about taking a long-haul trip, and knowing how hectic my schedule was, he took it upon himself to plan the perfect getaway, saying we both needed a well-deserved break. All he told me was to pack warm and expect resort vibes. Little did I know that this would take us all the way to the breathtaking paradise of Bora Bora!

One of the highlights of our trip was a helicopter ride over the stunning islands. As we soared above the crystal-clear waters, a heart-shaped island called Tupai appeared in the distance. To my surprise, we began to descend and landed on this picturesque island. The pilot encouraged us to step out and take some photos.

As I stood admiring the view, Birju pretended to take a picture of me. Before I knew it, I turned around to find him down on one knee, proposing! It was the most magical and unexpected moment, set against the backdrop of pure paradise.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I've always been the planner in my family, whether for small gatherings or major events. When it came to our wedding, we began with two key priorities: our guest list and the venue. Knowing we had a large guest count, we wanted to ensure our wedding was as easy and convenient as possible for our guests. After much consideration, we chose the Hanover Marriott, which offered the perfect combination of space and accessibility.

With the venue secured, our next step was selecting a coordination team, and Aria Events was the perfect choice. Not only did they assist in finalizing the remaining vendors, but their insightful advice and expertise also made the entire planning process so much smoother. On the day of the wedding, their team was exceptional, managing a tight schedule seamlessly, especially since three of our events were held at the same location.

For décor, I had a clear vision: each event needed to feel uniquely different and leave a lasting impression on our guests. This was particularly challenging for our Sangeet, Wedding, and Garba, as all three were hosted at the same venue. The task of transforming the space to feel fresh and distinct for each event was no small feat, but Abhishek Decorators brought that vision to life. From the intimate home events to the grand reception, they executed every detail flawlessly, creating truly memorable experiences at every turn.

For our production, we chose Summit AV Group. They collaborated seamlessly with our decor team, not just to highlight the decor but to change the ambiance of the room completely. Each time we walked into the ballroom, it looked different—an incredibly difficult task that they executed flawlessly. This alone speaks volumes of the caliber of work they do.

From the captivating live performances by Medley Entertainment and Varsha Joshi to the electrifying energy brought by DJ USA, each entertainment vendor ensured our guests were on their feet all night long. Their talent and energy created an unforgettable atmosphere, making every moment of our celebration truly special.

Abhi Sarkar Photography and Ronak Amin Studios made us feel like absolute movie stars, capturing every special moment with incredible artistry and care. Their warm personalities and professionalism added to the joy of the day, ensuring we felt comfortable and celebrated throughout.

Moghul Catering was an absolute hit, and to this day, we still receive compliments about the incredible food. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed every dish, making it a standout element of our celebration.

Makeup by Mansi and Glam by Glee made me feel truly beautiful for every event. Knowing I usually don’t wear much makeup, I wanted a soft, natural look that still made me feel my best. They understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me achieve a look that was both effortless and radiant, allowing me to feel like the best version of myself throughout the celebrations.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
When it came to choosing my bridal lehenga, comfort and connection were my top priorities. I explored a variety of colors, but it wasn’t until I tried red that I truly felt like a bride. Despite trying on dozens of outfits, the moment I wore an Amrin Khan lehenga—designed collaboratively with her—I knew it was the one. Growing up, I always associated brides with red, but it wasn’t until I started wedding shopping that I truly understood the significance of that feeling. It was a moment of pure magic and nostalgia, brought to life in the perfect lehenga.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
One of the most enjoyable aspects of wedding planning was the incredible experiences we had along the way. From a pre-wedding shoot in the majestic city of Jaipur to capturing breathtaking moments in Utah’s sand dunes and salt flats, and even filming a pre-wedding video in the heart of New York City, each experience was a dream come true. My husband and I share a love for travel, and it was so special to create lasting memories together in such diverse and beautiful locations.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our guests often share how much they loved the décor and food, calling them some of the best they’ve experienced. Many mentioned feeling an immediate sense of warmth and welcome as they entered our venue, even though it was a familiar hotel that had hosted countless weddings before. They appreciated the effort we put into creating a memorable experience and shared how much they enjoyed every aspect of the celebration. Above all, many were touched that we took the time to personally greet as many of them as possible, making the occasion feel even more special.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Two moments stand out vividly in my mind. The first is walking down the aisle—or, as my family lovingly puts it, running down the aisle. It’s a memory I’ll never forget, filled with nervous excitement and butterflies as I approached the next chapter of my life.

The second is my first dance with Birju. That moment felt truly magical, as if the world faded away, and it was just the two of us. It was so special, a beautiful reminder of the love and joy we shared on our wedding day.

For events other than your ceremony, please tell us as much as you would like about the decor, style, dances, and all the special details.
I particularly cherished my Haldi event, as it was a moment surrounded by the love and blessings of nearly every important person in my life. Having this pre-wedding celebration in the house I grew up in made it even more meaningful, adding a sense of nostalgia and warmth that made the experience feel incredibly special.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
It’s easy to get swept up in the social media wedding buzz and feel the pressure to keep up with every trend and look a certain way. What truly matters is how you choose to enjoy the day, create lasting memories, and celebrate the start of a beautiful new journey together. Stay true to yourself, embrace the moment, and let the noise fade into the background. And most importantly, don’t let anyone dim your sparkle!

The night was filled with unforgettable memories, woven with love and vibrant energy.

West Dover, VT Fusion Wedding by Pervez Taufiq Photography

From the very first glance, it was clear that Alaina & Chase's wedding in Dover, Vermont, was nothing short of magical. Picture a fusion of traditions, lush floral elegance, and the kind of joyful atmosphere that would make even the grumpiest of garden gnomes crack a smile!

The bride, Alaina, was a true vision in a shimmering ensemble with intricate detailing that sparkled under the soft glow of the Vermont sky. Chase complemented her look perfectly, donning a classic suit that was as effortlessly chic as it was timeless. Their first look was an enchanting moment—a scene so sweet it could have made the birds chirp in perfect harmony. The Hermitage Inn played the role of both host and culinary wizard, treating guests to a delightful experience that was as much about the atmosphere as it was about the fine dining. Coordinating this dreamy affair was Gina Whalen, whose meticulous planning and creative vision brought every whimsical detail to life. The stunning floral arrangements by Renas Fine Flowers transformed the tented reception into a garden paradise—vines of green, clusters of blue hydrangeas, and centerpieces so lush you'd think the flowers themselves were dancing in celebration.

Classical Tents sets the stage with elegant rentals and a pristine, clear tent that lets nature's beauty shine through. At the same time, Kadeema Rentals added a cozy yet sophisticated lounge vibe perfect for intimate chats and clinking glasses. Overhead, the magical twinkle of lights by DJ Rob Alberti created an atmosphere straight out of a fairytale. From the gentle melodies of Golden Scroll Soloists during the ceremony to the beats of DJ Ambition and Premier DJ USA that had everyone (yes, even Grandma!) tearing up the dance floor, the musical journey was nothing short of epic. The Hermitage Inn's catering wowed guests with mouthwatering flavors, while the cake was a showstopper in itself—an artful creation that had everyone clamoring for seconds. The talented lens behind these breathtaking memories was none other than Pervez Taufiq Photography. Known for his ability to capture the most fleeting moments with an artful eye, Pervez brought a perfect balance of editorial elegance and candid joy to Alaina & Chase's wedding day. From tender glances to sweeping floral vistas, his photography immortalized every laugh, tear, and dance move, ensuring this day will live on forever in beautiful images.

Of course, none of this would be complete without a shoutout to BridalGal, whose makeup artistry took Alaina's natural glow to goddess status. From soft, romantic tones to a subtle hint of glam, Alaina's look was as ethereal as it was effortless. The delicate shimmer of her eyeshadow, the flawless contouring, and those perfectly blended highlights made her look radiant from every angle—a testament to BridalGal's unmatched skill in making a bride feel like royalty on her big day.

As the evening faded into a twinkling Vermont night, Alaina & Chase shared laughter, heartfelt speeches, and a first dance that could have melted even the iciest of hearts. Their love story was the ultimate showstopper—one that unfolded like a beautiful poem under the canopy of lush greens and soft lights.
