One of our favorite parts of working at Maharani Weddings is learning all about the love story behind the couple. Divya and Viral had the proposal of our Big Apple dreams, and Maharani Divya graciously shared all the precious deets! She told us, Viral and I were off from work every Wednesday so we had a standing weekly date. This particular Wednesday, Viral came all the way from New Jersey to Long Island, New York, to pick me up for our date in Manhattan. We went to see a Broadway show I'd been talking about for weeks and then headed to our next destination. Viral knew I loved the banana pudding at Magnolia's so we grabbed two cups and walked to Rockefeller center. When we got there, we ate and talked about how happy we were with each other as we waited for the elevator for the Top of the Rock. When we got to the top, he got down on one knee.” Wow, so incredible! After that epic proposal, Divya and Viral had a stunning Indian wedding at the Hilton Huntington/Long Island. Our hearts were filled with joy as Divya floated down the aisle under a canopy of fresh garlands. There’s no denying this venue resembled an oasis of luxury with thousands of wisteria blooms gracing the majestic mandap. The decor team from House of Dipali and planning gurus from One Events Management truly outdid themselves in orchestrating these nuptials! We are itching to watch the duo’s emotional vows in the life footage captured by Lucid Lens, but in the meantime, you can head into the full gallery where Purva Productions has captured every lovely moment.
