Anu and Sushain’s Indian wedding was pure bliss! And one of the very best parts of any wedding? The bride getting dolled up to perfection of course! Radiant Anu was dazzled up by the masterful brushes of Makeup by Marium, and her angelic makeup and goddess esque updo was such an inspiration look. Adding to her stunningness was a lipstick red lehenga by the coveted Sabyasachi and kundan jewelry that Anu fell in love with at first glance. Such a couture look. And Anu’s radiant smile and bubbly personality were the perfect compliments to her bridal charm. The bride and groom took full advantage of the sunny Boston weather, and Lefebvre Photography captured some classic shots of the duo frolicking on the outdoor grounds of the Westin Waltham Boston. The love and energy between these two positively bursts from the screen! After a crazy fun baraat, guests tricked into the Westin Waltham Boston venue where Love Decor adorned the space with the most spectacular blush decor. Lefebvre Photography shot all the still images in the full gallery that we’ve assembled for your enjoyment. Coming up next is the fab ceremony and reception, featuring the most decadent cake by Konditor Meister.
Description of the Day from the Bride:
On June 10th, I married my best friend and soul-mate, in front of our family and friends who traveled near and far. Our families are split between Boston, Los Angeles, and India so you can imagine how challenging the planning process proved to be at times given the time difference. Our initial choice was a big fat Indian wedding in our family's hometown - Jodhpur - however we landed on my beautiful hometown of Boston! We only had two months to get our wedding planned and honestly, we could not have done it if we did not find such wonderful vendors! We had 4 main wedding events - Mehndi, Sangeet, Wedding, and Reception, and although it was not in India, I never wanted to feel that we were missing out on our big fat Indian wedding dream because of location. Those two months were perhaps the most stressful and overwhelming times but when I saw the baraat dancing and celebrating their way to our welcome entrance, the stress was instantly replaced with sheer excitement. Standing in my wedding dress, I couldn't help but dance secretly to the melodious bollywood tunes and live dhol player (Thank you DJ Rishi!) and not to forget, the LA crowd brought their beautiful sunny weather to dreary Boston! The moment finally came when Sushain and I would officially tie the knot and two families become one!
Ceremony coming right up!
