Following their Gujarati wedding ceremony at New Jersey's Hilton Short Hills, the Maharani and her groom welcomed guests back at the hotel for an epic ballroom reception. Before their friends and family arrived, Maharani Kunjan and groom Bhavin rushed into the ballroom to practice their dance -- it's all about making that grand entrance after all!
For this couple, it was of utmost importance that their friends and family were having a good time. Cocktails flowed from an adjacent tent, with waiters passing around mouth watering appetizers from Bukhara Grill. Inside the reception hall, table settings were accented with lovely tall flower centerpieces from Somerset Hills Florist, and romantically lit by DJ Rohit of DJ USA
These photos from Pure Emotions Photography captures all the levity, but scroll on down to see what photographer Alicia D'Amico has to say about how this gorgeous party came together!

More from Pure Emotions Photography "The crowd gathered in the fabulous Hilton ballroom and welcomed the bride and groom with loud cheers and open arms. Everyone was ready to P-A-R-T-Y! What party is complete without a cake- and of course the flowers from Somerset Hills Florist? And to add that touch of class, Mandap Designs set up a gorgeous candle screen with cascading fabric. It was a sight to behold, only to be made more magical by the bride and groom's first dance. Soon every couple was on the dance floor, dancing, dancing, dancing away. It was ball, filled with love, laughter, food, flowers, music, mandaps, and many memories..."
We'll see you Maharanis tomorrow for more Indian wedding goodness!
