You have been dieting and working out for months, and you are in the best shape of your life....after all it is your big day!  This is not the time to go over board, and try to skip meals leading up to your wedding day in order to have your tummy look flat in your lengha.  "Eating some complex carbs and protein are the best wedding day options." says nutritionist Katie Burke.  Katie recommends eating oatmeal, egg whites, whole grain cereal with low fat milk, or toast with peanut butter as your wedding day breakfast. Champagne and coffee do not count as two food groups! Skipping breakfast on your big day can leave you low on energy, cranky, and irritable.  Take a look at this video, and keep Katie's tips in mind so you make sure this isn't you on your big day!
