Maharani Ayushi on meeting her Raja and how she knew he was "the one":
"After not finding the right Raja I joined Shaadi.com kicking and screaming per my parents' wish... little did I know Viraaj was waiting for me. We both joined around the same time and spoke to each other first -- who knew this would be a one and DONE! He felt right from the start, nothing ever seemed hard with him. We connected like we knew each other for years and I knew he was the one because he saw me as the most amazing girl in the world."
On the planning process:
"I started planning my wedding when I was in college and my friends looked at me like I was crazy. I picked out colors, decor and vendors as the years went on. After my proposal when the real planning started I drew a blank... after all those years of gathering every little detail I love, it was going to be real."
On her favorite part of wedding planning:
"I loved spending countless hours with my parents going over everything over and over. I would not trade those crazy months for anything."
On choosing her lengha:
"I did hours of research before going to India thinking 'I know exactly what I want.' When we got to Jaipur, I tried so many things and nothing seemed right. After a whole day of sitting at Vasansi the last dress which I didn't even want to try on was the ONE! I walked out with a huge smile on my face and my parents knew this was the dress."
Stay tuned for the reception!
