Featured South Asian Wedding : Saima & Neeshal V

We are featuring a charming destination wedding from Puerto Rico today that I have fallen madly in love with.  There is a breezy, casual style to this wedding, but it is still chock full of creative ideas and adorable details. I mean, what else do you expect when you find out that the ladies from Number 29 Events have a hand in it, right?

Wedding and Reception took place at the Gran Melia Golf Resort,in Puerto Rico. The wedding ceremony was set under a custom mandap and guests gathered to complete a full bharat procession for the grooms entrance through the open air lobby of the Gran Melia Golf Resort. The bride, adorned in full traditional couture custom Indian lengha was proceeded by he bridesmaids.  All carrying scrumptious bouquets of exotic Mokara orchids in terracotta. The ceremony concluded with a full vidai (giving away the bride) and the bride and groom “get away” in a golf cart.  The design inspiration/color pallet was all derived from the resorts natural landscape and terra cotta roof tops!
