Good morning, Maharanis! It’s Sweetheart Sunday and if you think you recognize this beautiful bride, it’s because she’s a Bollywood actress who made her debut in the 2009 flick Let’s Dance! Since then, she’s found herself walking the red carpet, building a jewelry business, and falling head over heels in love with her Raja, Sumeet. Now that they are reunited in the United States–after 8 years apart–they are ready to tie the knot with a fabulous wedding ceremony. But first, they are spending a day with Daniel Boswell from Imagique to capture their lovely engagement portraits for all to celebrate! I love how they so easily go from casual and sweet to playful and energetic to elegant and romantic. These two are a perfect pair! Oh, how I adore the blissful delight of Sweetheart Sundays! Today Aubrey Hord Photography brings us these ultra sweet engagement portraits of this glowing couple as they celebrate their new beginning on a dazzling Maui beach. These high school sweethearts have been together for ten years and they are ready to plan their special ceremony and embark on a journey of true love. There is such a warm effortlessness in these images; this duo is so clearly overjoyed to be together. The tropical sands and crashing waves are a super romantic backdrop for a photo session that couldn’t be more charming. I love this Maharani’s sunny style too: a soft white V-neck dress complete with a Hawaiian flower. Adorable!  I want to see all the pictures, so I am on my way to the gallery!

I absolutely love the contrast of the gleaming green backdrop against this lovely duo’s classic black attire. They are so elegant! The first image stood out to me so much with Maharani Ummama’s bold red polish and incredible mehndi design. And how amazingly cute is the portrait of them spelling out “LOVE”? I just adore it when couples let their personalities come through with sweet ideas like this. So creative! These two are totally chic and I just know their wedding is going to be a supreme event.
