Austin, TX Indian Wedding by William Bichara Photography

The Hyatt Regency Austin is party ready, and as the couple of the hour made their entrance in style, William Bichara Photography was there to capture the candid moments spectacularly. Maharani Sunitha has gained a new and fab accessory — a gold tikka! She's definitely ready to hit the dance floor, and with the help of the illustrious DJ Riz Entertainment, she will! She continues to dazzle in her elegant lace wedding gown by Liancarlo for her first dance, but before she really gets down with her closest family and friends, this brilliant bride makes a quick wardrobe change into something a bit more traditional. Her orange-red reception sari and stunning gold jewels are simply magnificent! As DJ Riz drops the beats, our lovely bride shows off some of her most impressive moves on the dance floor! This party isn't over yet, gals! There's plenty more to see in the complete gallery, so make sure you check it all out!

The bride, on her most memorable wedding day moment:

"The most magical part of the wedding was our first dance. As you walk onto that dance floor, you realize that all your family and friends from all over the country came all the way to the wedding are there just for you. You can't help but feel unbelievably blessed and loved at that time. After months and months of planning, everything you worked towards and imagined had just come into fruition. As I was dancing with Larry and looked into his eyes, I realized how lucky I was to have him as my husband and that feeling was surreal."

On her and her Raja's first dance song selection:

"Larry and I have completely different taste in music! I like soft rock and R&B and he likes old school hip hop, 90s, country and pretty much everything else! Neither of us wanted to pick a mainstream song for our first dance and we searched for a while for The song. On our free time, we would youtube wedding first dances to see if we could find something we both loved. I actually randomly happened to hear Forever Like That by Ben Rector on my Pandora and fell in love with it. I sent the link to Larry right away and he loved it as well."

On her reception fashion:

"As part of the south Indian tradition, I was to wear a sari to the reception. I knew I wanted to purchase everything other than my wedding dress from India. I also knew I wanted a traditional Kanchipuram silk sari but I had no idea what I wanted. Finding that also took hours for me to find after going to numerous silk stores in Kerala but we had a lot of fun finding it."

Have a splendid rest of the day, dolls, and we'll see you back here tomorrow!

Austin, TX Indian Wedding by William Bichara Photography

Today's newlyweds hit the streets of Austin for one seriously unforgettable portrait session with William Bichara Photography. We love the shot under the veil and how absolutely flawless Maharani Sunitha looks in each and every frame! Vanessa Marie Artistry totally knocked it out of the park with the bride's makeup, and her best gal pals couldn't be any more perfect in their bright, coral-colored saris! These striking shots are straight out of a magazine if you ask me! Raja Larry rocks his suit like only a Prince can and the groomsmen are way too cute to even begin. In just a bit, this lively bunch are heading over to the reception of a lifetime at the Hyatt Regency Austin, where DJ Riz Entertainment will be bringing down the house to help partygoers celebrate in Maharani style. In the meantime, check out more amazing portraits from this session in the full gallery!

The bride, on what she enjoyed most about planning her dream wedding:

"The part I enjoyed the most was watching both families coming together. Both us have a large family with lots of uncles, aunts and cousins just like most Indian families. It was just amazing to watch both sides of the family getting to know each other as they were helping out with the wedding festivities and having a blast while they were doing so."

On the role that family and friends played:

"We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without the love and support of our parents. I was also very lucky to have my sister-in-law to help me plan the wedding. We were also so lucky to have the best bridal party ever. Every single one volunteered to help with the tiny details of the wedding and made it a complete success. Thanks to everyone, it was the most joyous event of our lives."

Sit tight, dolls! We'll be back before you can say "reception sari"!
